Tripartite Initiatives
The Singapore Tripartism Forum (STF) provides a platform for tripartite partners – the government, unions and employers – to table concerns and work together more effectively to overcome the more complex challenges faced by all today.
Various tripartite committees were formed over the years to look at issues and challenges faced by both employers and employees; and raised as topics of discussion during STF Dialogues/Events. You may find out more on some of these various committees/initiatives on the left.
