The Third SNEF BeyondSG50 CEO Roundtable
Forty CEOs attended a closed-door roundtable dialogue on 8 February 2018 with Minister for Manpower, Mr Lim Swee Say, Secretary General of the National Trades Union Congress, Mr Chan Chun Sing and Second Minister for Manpower, Mrs Josephine Teo, facilitated by SNEF President Dr Robert Yap.
They discussed how tripartite leadership could help create the enabling policies and environment to support enterprise transformation. The dialogue addressed challenges such as digital transformation, upskilling and reskilling of workers and leveraging on opportunities in the digital economy.
