STF Industrial Relations Seminar 2014

The Industrial Relations (IR) seminar, held annually since 1998, is spearheaded by NTUC and supported by the tripartite partners, SNEF and MOM. The seminar serves as platform for union leaders, employer representatives and government officials to discuss and exchange views on current employment and industrial relations related issues.
This year’s STF IR Seminar will take place at e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) 80 Jurong East St 21 on Wednesday, 26 November 2014.The theme of the seminar is "Future Ready Tripartism". The seminar aims to discuss how tripartism needs to evolve in order to ensure inclusivity amidst a changing working profile and support the implementation of key economic initiatives such as productivity.
