3rd Run of Tripartite Leadership Programme
The Tripartite Leadership Programme (TLP) is a leadership course jointly developed by MOM,NTUC and SNEF with the objectives to promote a deeper understanding and appreciation of the work of the tripartite partners and improve networking among upcoming tripartite leaders.
The first two runs of the TLP were held in 2009 and 2010/11. The third TLP run will be held in January 2013. The programme will essentially provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the respective roles of the tripartite partners in contributing to the strong tripartite relations which has been a key competitive advantage for Singapore over the last few decades. The programme will also touch on the evolution of industrial relations and tripartism in Singapore as well as the key challenges moving forward.
