On 24 September 2012, about 100 CEOs and representatives from the union and government attended the event. The luncheon dialogue is an STF event held annually targeted at CEOs who have assumed their positions in Singapore over the last 12 months and senior management who would like to know about the work of the tripartite partners and their various initiatives.
The event was also an opportunity for participants to engage NTUC Secretary-General Lim Swee Say,Acting Minister for Manpower Tan Chuan-Jin and SNEF President Stephen Lee. Moderating the dialogue was NTUC President Ms Diana Chia.
