STF Re-employment Seminar
The tripartite partners (MOM, NTUC & SNEF), through the ACCELERETE Programme (a tripartite initiative supported by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency) will be organizing a Re-employment Seminar to help employers, both Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger firms, prepare for re-employment. The seminar will be held on 14 Mar 2011, at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Minister for Manpower, Mr Gan Kim Yong will be the Guest-of-Honour at the seminar.
At the seminar, we will share on the statutory re-employment obligations and the updated tripartite guidelines at the seminar. Participants will learn how to get ready for re-employment from presentations on performance management in the context of re-employment and sharing of good practices by companies who are early adopters of re-employment. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage tripartite leaders on re-employment during the dialogue session, and resources assisting re-employment implementation by employers will be available.
